Decide which type of service will be most appropriate for your event. Will you need Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or Refreshments? Do you have any budget constraints?
Select a space that is an appropriate size for the number of guests you expect. You are responsible for ensuring that the desired room is available when you need it.

The Catering Menu shown here is only a sample. If you have a particular preference or idea, we would be glad to discuss it with you. Vegetarian and reduced fat menus are available.
Whenever possible please place your conference order at least 1 week prior to delivery.
Based on the amount of lead time, some substitutions may be necessary.
Any item may be prepared grilled, baked or poached with or without its accompanying sauce.
There is a 10% service charge on all orders.

Contact the Catering Manager for any rentals and other necessary ordering which may be needed.
If labor or rentals are required the appropriate charges will be included on your event price.
There are labor charges for catering after 3:00 PM. Please contact the Flik office at ext 3751 with any questions.
